New Customer Service Application
Limsolver is pleased to announce that a new Customer Service application has been made
available for purchase. The application, Lablite CS, is the newest product available from
LabLite LLC.
This product will empower your business to track customer concerns from 'cradle to grave'. Users
create 'Complaint' objects in the system:
When creating complaints, users can assign one or more 'Complaint Types' from a predetermined list.
Then they can assign unlimited 'Actions' to the 'Complaints':
Managing complaints and actions is easy. User can configure there own personal views of data.
Filtering is quick and easy:
Lablite CS offers several standard reports, including Work Orders and Customer Response Letters:
Reports can be generated and distributed via several means:
